1. Who we are
This online shop belongs to MJ ESTOLIMAGE, S.L. (Esteve Estudio), CIF B98377641, registered office at Calle Pintor Maella, 33 bajo, 46023 Valencia, and tax address and premises at Avda. Fernando Abril Martorell, 12 bajo, 46026 Valencia. Phone 962 065 450 · email info@esteve-estudio.es.
2. What we sell
Session packages, promotions and gift vouchers to enjoy at our studio. We don't ship products, except the gift voucher with packaging by post when you choose that option.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT. Payment is made by card through Stripe, a secure payment platform: we never see or store your card details. When you complete your purchase you'll receive the receipt by email.
4. After buying
Packages and promotions: these are loaded in your name at the studio, linked to your phone number. Just call us on 962 065 450 to book an appointment.
Gift vouchers: these are sent by whichever method you chose and can be redeemed at the studio for any service.
5. Validity
Each package or promotion is valid for the period shown on its listing in the shop, counted from the day of purchase. Any sessions not used within that period are lost.
The gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
6. Appointments
If you can't make an appointment, let us know at least 5 hours in advance.
7. First session and assessment
For some treatments, such as Indiba or Esthetic Training, we start with an assessment. If during it we find the treatment isn't suitable for you for health reasons, we'll refund the amount of the unused sessions.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving any reason. Just let us know by phone or email.
If you've already enjoyed a session within that period, the used sessions are deducted at the single-session price and we refund you the rest.
The refund is made to the same card you paid with, within a maximum of 7 days from when you tell us you're withdrawing.
9. Complaints
You can write to us or call us, and complaint forms are available to you at the studio. These terms are governed by Spanish law; any dispute will fall to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
10. Personal data
The data you give us when buying is handled as explained in our privacy policy.
