This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on this website, in accordance with article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the Guidance on the use of cookies of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in the user's browser to remember information from one visit to the next. The law treats other similar technologies in the same way, such as the browser's local storage.
2. This website does not use cookies
This website does not install any cookies: neither its own nor third-party, nor technical, analytics or advertising ones. Nor does it load third-party services that could install them, such as analytics tools, social media pixels, embedded maps or videos. For that reason no cookie notice is shown and no consent is requested.
3. The only thing stored in the browser
To make two services that the user requests themselves work, the site stores information in their browser's local storage. That information stays on their device, does not identify them and is not shared with anyone:
- The online shop purchase (“esteve-compra”): the packages or promotions the user adds, so they're not lost when changing page. It's only sent when the user decides to pay, and is deleted when the purchase is completed.
- Dismissed notices (“esteve-aviso-…”): if the user closes the notice bar at the top, it's remembered so it isn't shown to them again.
They are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user, so they are exempt from consent (article 22.2 LSSI-CE). The user can delete them at any time from their browser settings, in the option to clear website data.
4. Online payment
When the user pays for an online shop purchase, the payment is made on Stripe's platform, outside this website. From that moment their privacy policy and cookie policy apply.
5. Links to other sites
Some links lead to third-party services, such as Google Maps. This site does not load them: they only open if the user clicks the link, and from that moment the policies of those services apply.
6. Visit statistics
To find out how many visits the site gets and to spot pages that aren't working, the server's own technical logs are used. They don't install anything on the user's device and aren't shared with third parties.
7. Changes to this policy
If in future this website were to add cookies or services that require consent, it will be requested before installing them and this policy will be updated.
The owner of this website is the one stated in the Legal notice.
